SUGARLOAF TRAIL HERB WALK Join Heather Luna in the native landscape of Nevada County. Get to know medicinal and edible plants of the Sierra Foothills as we meander the newly built trail to discuss local wild plants and how to use them. Participants will learn plant identification, medical applications, and ethical harvesting practices to sustain both human and ecological health. Heather is a well seasoned herbalist, forager, wildcrafter, naturalist, and all around botanical wise woman. Be sure to check the weather and dress accordingly. * * * * * * * When: Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 10 am - 1 pm PST Where: Address 10766-1092 Coyote Street, Nevada City, CA Meet at the new parking lot just past the USDA Forest Service Station on Coyote Street. From the corner of HWY 49 and Coyote Street head up past the fire station. The parking lot is a quarter mile on the left. Cost: • Community Price $40 • Current ACORN Students get a 20% off.
