We accept returns on UNOPENED products within 30 days of purchase.

• We will issue a refund back to the card used for purchase, within 14 days of receiving the return. 

• We only refund the cost of the products. 

• Shipping is not refundable.

• No refunds on opened products.

How to Return your product(s):

If you want to return an unopened herbal product for any reason, please follow these steps:

• Send us an email at herbalists@acornherbschool.com informing us of the return.

• Mail the return to: ACORN School of Herbal Medicine PO Box 1664 Nevada City, CA 95959

DAMAGES

If you receive your order and a product is damaged, broken, or leaking please follow these steps:

• Take a photo of the damaged product(s) and the box if it has damage to it.

• Email the photos to herbalists@acornherbschool.com with “Damaged product” in the subject line.

• After reviewing your photos, we will ship a replacement item to you.

• You do not need to return the damaged product.
