Hello! My name is Cindy and I am a practicing herbalist and community educator in San Diego, CA (unceded lands of the Kumeyaay). I am a certified herbalist and nutritionist, trained in the vitalist tradition of holistic herbal healing at the Acorn School of Herbal Medicine. I am in awe and in service to the vital force that lives in all beings.

I love working with my clients to help them achieve higher levels of health and happiness. Herbs, nutrition, a connection to the plants and the natural world along with simple lifestyle changes can support us on our path to better health & well being.
