Single visit appointments after completion of the Intake Bundle
Overview
As clinicians we see the best results in multiple appointments over a period of time. Healing transformations do not occur in 1 or 2 sessions. We see the most profound experiences from continued care that is a minimum of 6 months. The frequency in which you set ACORN Care Appointments are up to you and your clinician. The clinician will make recommendations for additional sessions to follow your progress and make changes to your health plan as your health journey evolves and changes.
Cancellation Policy
Payments Due in full at booking time. Payments are accepted by credit card only. Refunds We do not offer refunds. Cancellation Policy Contact your practitioner as soon as you know you cannot make an appointment. Here are your options if you need to cancel: - More than 48 hours notice: You can reschedule your appointment. - Less than 48 hours notice: Your appointment will be cancelled without refund. You may purchase a new appointment. Scope of Practice - Our clinic is for non-emergency health concerns. - The services we provide do not replace those of a licensed physician or any other licensed healthcare provider. - Our herbalists are not physicians or psychologists, and the scope of his/her consultation services does not include treatment or diagnosis of specific illnesses or disorders. - If necessary, we will recommend that you see your physician or seek out a specialist's care for further medical evaluation.
