My Approach to Healing

As a Clinical Herbalist trained in the Vitalist tradition, I take a truly holistic approach to healing. I look beyond symptoms to understand the whole person—addressing not only the physical body, but also the emotional and spiritual terrain that shapes health. Just as a flower thrives when sunlight, soil, and water are in balance, we flourish when all parts of ourselves are supported.

My training includes over 2,000 hours of study in herbal medicine, nutrition, and holistic health. I earned certifications in Medical and Advanced Herbalism at the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism, where I studied with Lisa Ganora and Mary Barnes. I completed a clinical residency at the Acorn School under Heather Luna and Paul Bergner, and pursued advanced study through the North American Institute of Medical Herbalism. I also trained in mobile and field herbalism at The Human Path with Sam Kaufman. My work is rooted in deep respect for Materia Medica and the rich historical lineage of plant-based healing.

If you’re ready to feel like your most vital self—grounded, clear, and supported in your body and life—I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
