My Approach to Healing

As a Clinical Herbalist working in the Vitalist tradition, I take a truly holistic approach to healing. I address the physiological state of the body alongside diet, nutrition, lifestyle, psychological well-being, and spiritual health, treating the whole person rather than just alleviating symptoms. With a deep love for nature and plants, my work is rooted in formulation and Materia Medica, exploring how plants have been used for healing throughout history.

I am a fully trained Clinical Herbalist with over 2,000 hours of study in herbalism, nutrition, and holistic health. I hold certifications from the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism in Medical Herbalism and Advanced Herbalism, where I trained under Lisa Ganora and Mary Barnes. I also completed clinical residency and roundtable training at the Acorn School of Herbal Medicine under Heather Luna and Paul Bergner, gaining hands-on experience as an intern at the Acorn Clinic. My advanced studies include Materia Medica, Clinical Skills, and Western Clinical Herbalism through the North American Institute of Medical Herbalism, all taught by Paul Bergner. Additionally, I trained at the Human Path School with Sam Kaufman, where I learned to manage healthcare clinics in diverse environments.

My teachers instilled in me a passion for lifelong learning. I continue to expand my expertise through ongoing self-study and staying informed about the latest research.
